The equipment is covered for 20 years.
The UltraCare warranty covers the receiver collar and the transmitter, even if they are chewed or water-damaged. A replacement costs 20% of the item’s original price, and the broken item is returned to us.

What if my yard needs more wire?
Every package includes 500 ft of boundary wire. Past that, wire is $0.90 per foot, so a layout that needs 850 ft adds $315. Layouts that need less than 500 ft can come in under the package price.
We measure your yard on satellite before we quote, so you’ll have the exact number in writing before you decide.
What does the warranty cover?
The 20-year UltraCare warranty covers the receiver collar and the transmitter, including damage from chewing or water. A replacement costs 20% of the item’s original price, and we need the broken item back. The warranty stays with the equipment, so it transfers to a new owner.
Are there ongoing costs?
No subscription or disposable battery purchases. The collar recharges in about three hours. If equipment ever needs replacing under warranty, the fee is 20% of its original price, and a wire cut by digging is repaired as a paid service call, from $155.
How soon can you install?
Outside the spring rush, often within a few days. In spring, bookings can run three to four weeks out. We install and bury wire whenever the ground isn’t frozen, and in winter we can pin the wire to the surface, then bury it once the ground thaws.
Tell us where the yard is. We’ll look at it on satellite and call you, usually within a few hours, then put the number in writing. No deposit, and no commitment until you approve the quote.
